Apo Gradients to FE Palettes

This is the set of all 701 standard Apophysis gradients converted into Fractal Explorer palettes. Just download and unzip, and place the .frp files into the Fractal Explorer Palettes folder.

I've become a great fan of FE over the last couple of years, but I've never really been happy with the Palette Editor - my failing probably - so I started to convert my favourite Apo gradients into FE palettes using 's Palettemaster spreadsheet converter. I "rediscovered" FE by using these gradients and I then even started to make my own.

I've now finished converting all 701 Apo gradients so I thought I'd put them up here for anyone who wants to try them out in FE. A small handful of them didn't convert properly, and a few more smoothed out a little, but fundamentally they're the Apo gradients as you know them! I find they frequently work best in FE when the Palette Editor's Transformation field is set to "Linear ident", 'Ln" or "Square Power". As with all gradients, they're just starting points, so you should tweak away!
